All of the Year 10 Hospitality and Catering students have just completed two 2-hour mock exams where they cooked a main meal and a dessert with accompaniments. They all worked really hard and produced fabulous restaurant standard food. The images below show the excellent presentation of the food they produced.
All students should be proud of what they have achieved. Their marks will be coming out in the post in the very near future along with advice about how to improve when they complete their real exam in the first term next year. This is worth 60% of their final marks so very important. Thank you for all your continued support.
