Ingredients: dried noodles, 1 tsp ground ginger, chicken stock cube, 2tsp garlic granules, 2tsp light soy sauce, 400ml boiling water, cooked chicken (can use any leftovers for this) frozen sweetcorn, Tabasco sauce. Utensils: pan, measuring jug, knife, spoon, Method: make up the chicken stock, add the ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Add to a pan with chicken & sweetcorn, break up the noodles and add Tabasco. Stir all together, bring back to boil and simmer for about 10 mins until everything is cooked through.
