This week is Mental Health awareness week, which aims to get people talking about their mental health and reduce the stigma that can stop people from asking for help.

Approximately one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year, and during this pandemic millions of us have experienced a mental health problem, or seen a loved one struggle.

This year the theme for mental health awareness week is ‘Nature’, so if you are struggling a try to get outside and enjoy a nice walk through the countryside or even your local park.
